Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since all items are made-to-order, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production starts, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Where can I find my order tracking information?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime via the Order Tracking  or by contacting our support team.

What if I receive the wrong color, size, or a damaged item?

If it’s our mistake (wrong color, size, or defect), please contact us ASAP with photos or measurements. We may ask for an unboxing video for quick verification. Exchanges or refunds are granted case-by-case. If the mistake was caused by the customer (wrong size ordered), returns are not accepted.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes within 30 days of delivery, if there’s a defect, error in fulfillment, or quality issue. We may request photos or measurements to evaluate your request. Used or damaged items, or items returned due to wrong customer size, are not eligible. Shipping costs are not refundable.

What’s your shipping coverage and cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Custom duties and local taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer at arrival.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product features a detailed size chart and style guide. Still unsure? Send us your measurements for personalized guidance.

Are customization services available?

Yes! You can customize jackets, boots, hats, vests, and ponchos. Simply use our Customize  or contact us with your preferences. Allow extra production time for custom orders.

How long will my order take?

We use express shipping to ensure fast delivery. While all items are made-to-order, most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after production. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped.

How secure are my payment and personal details?

We use SSL encryption to protect your data and support secure payment options.

What’s your return/refund process?

Once a request is approved, refunds (for product cost only) are reversed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping expenses are non‑refundable.
