At CowboysJackets.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since all of our products are made-to-order, we maintain a clear and fair Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.
Return, Refund and Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if there’s an issue from our side, such as receiving the wrong size, color, or a damaged item.You may submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order, but only if the following conditions are met:
You’re eligible if:
- You received the wrong item, size, or design.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- You email us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide:
- Photos of the product while worn
- A short description of the issue
- A video while unboxing the parcel (highly recommended to verify the claim)
Our team will review your case and respond promptly.
To begin, please File a Return here or email us directly at info@cowboysjackets.com with all the required details.
You’re not eligible if:
- You simply changed your mind.
- The item was worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed.
- The complaint was made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product is customized or a custom order.
- The same product was ordered in different sizes for trial (to avoid misuse).
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if there is a production or quality error from our side.
- Refunds apply to product cost only (shipping & taxes are non-refundable)
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Once approved, you must send back the item within 5 to 7 days and share the tracking number with our team. Delays beyond this period may result in cancellation of your return or exchange request.
Exchange Policy
- If you receive the wrong size due to our mistake, we will send you the correct size free of cost in exchange.
- If the customer selects the wrong size, we do not offer an exchange in such cases. Please double-check our size chart before placing your order.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Cowboys Jackets will not cover return shipping under any circumstances.
Customs Duties & International Shipping
We offer Free Shipping Worldwide.
However:
- Custom duties or taxes are not included in our product prices
- We mark all items as “gifts” to reduce the chance of import taxes, but each country has its own laws
- If your country charges customs fees, the buyer is responsible for paying them
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellations after 12 hours will receive a 65% refund, as 35% covers production costs.To cancel, email us at info@cowboysjackets.com with your order details.
